As the official travel agency, we, Corporate 3rd Office, Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. (KNT), are pleased to assist IGPAC 2025 attendees with excursion application.
(Please note that the prices do not include registration fee for IGPAC 2025.)

If you receive an e-mail or call from any other company offering to help with your excursion arrangements for IGPAC 2025, it is a scam. Do not send them your credit card information.

＜Places to Visit＞
Ise Shrine
Ise shrine consists of 125 shrines, including the Outer Shrine and the Inner Shrine. The Outer Shrine of Ise Shrine is one of the two main shrines of Ise Shrine, along with the Inner Shrine, and enshrines Toyouke-no-Omikami, the deity responsible for food, clothing, and shelter. Toyouke-no-Omikami was enshrined here about 1,500 years ago as the deity in charge of food for Amaterasu Omikami at the Inner Shrine. The Outer Shrine is usually visited prior to the Inner Shrine.

Asama-dake Kongosho-ji Temple
Asama-dake Kongosho-ji Temple is a Shingon Buddhism temple located in Ise City, and is known as the temple that guards the demon gate of Ise Shrine. Located near the summit of Mt. Asama, 555 meters above sea level, the temple is said to have been founded by Kobo Daishi Kukai (Japanese Buddhist monk who founded the Shingon Buddhism.). The main hall is designated as a national tangible cultural property.

Mikimoto Pearl Island
Mikimoto Pearl Island is located in Toba City, and is associated with Kokichi Mikimoto, the first person in the world to successfully cultivate pearls. It is a place where we can experience the history and technology of pearl cultivation and the beauty of pearls.

Notes
＊ Only IGPAC 2025 registrants are eligible to apply.
＊ Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the excursions may be sold out even before the application deadline.
＊ There are no fees for children and infants under 6 years old (lunch will not be provided).
＊ Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or any other conditions of an operational nature.
＊ Excursions will be conducted as planned even if it rains, but may be cancelled in case of stormy weather. (The excursion fee will be refunded if it is cancelled.)

Payment Method: Credit Card (Online)
＊ No application will be confirmed in the absence of full payment. The contract shall be executed with our acceptance and receipt of the payment.
＊ All payment should be made in Japanese yen only.
＊ VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, or JCB are available.
＊ Please use a credit card which is valid at least until January, 2026.
＊ The payee to be stated on your credit card statement will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.”, though it might be slightly different depending on the card company.
＊ It may take two or three months for the transaction to appear on your credit card statement due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies.

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy
In case of changes and cancellations, please contact us by e-mail (igpac2025-rgst@or.kntct.com) with your registration number in the subject line.
Contacts received outside of our business hours will be processed on our next business day. (The cancellation policy of the next business day will apply.)

＜Cancellation Policy＞

11 days before the excursion date	No Charge
10 to 8 days before the excursion date	20% of excursion fee
7 to 2 days before the excursion date	30% of excursion fee
1 day before the excursion date	40% of excursion fee
On the day of the excursion (before the departure time)	50% of excursion fee
On the day of the excursion (after the departure time)	100% of excursion fee
Cancellation without notice (No-show)	100% of excursion fee / No Refund

Partial refunds are not possible due to system limitations. If any partial refund should be made for change or cancellation, a cancellation fee (if applicable) and the amount of the updated application will be charged then the originally charged amount will be refunded to the credit card. Due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies, the timing of when each transaction appears on your credit card statement may vary.

For Applicants Under 18 Years Old
＊ Applicants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. In case the guardian is not your custodial parent, a parental consent form filled by the custodial parent is required. Please have your custodial parent fill out the form and submit it here.

＊ Applicants between the ages of 15 and 17 who will not be accompanied by their custodial parent must submit a parental consent form filled by the custodial parent. Please have your custodial parent fill out the form and submit it here.

3. Please inform us in case you think that your physical circumstances require special considerations or arrangements not included in the plan. We will accommodate your request where possible and reasonable. We may refuse participation in case where we are unable to accommodate the request.
4. KNT processes personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. KNT and commissioned companies shall use personal information entered in the application form to contact the applicant and shall also use the information within the scope necessary for arranging and providing the applied services.
5. For EU / Iceland / Liechtenstein / Norway / United Kingdom residents, agreement is required for the “Processing of EU Personal Data” before making application. Please download and read it.
